Hexavalent Chrome Free Conversion Coating for Aluminium
Liquid, acidic, two part system, Zirconium (Zr) passivation free of any CMR substances including nickel or cobalt, providing high bare corrosion resistance to aluminium and alloys. Improves paint adhesion and corrosion resistance of painted parts. It preserves the electrical conductivity of the aluminium surface. Effective as a pre-sealing process for anodized aluminium and provides some protection to Zamac zinc die cast parts.
