Acid Pickling Additive
PICKLANE 31 is a liquid additive based on surface-active agents designed for acidic-chemical or cathodic-electrolytic pickling of Iron, Steel, Copper and its alloys.
The product has marked emulsifying properties and it works as a dispersant of oil and grease in acid solutions. In addition, it has a high detergent effect that enhances the contact between solution and metal, accelerating the pickling process even at low temperatures (20 – 30 °C).
PICKLANE 31 provides a mild inhibition effect that can be reinforced by combining it with PICKLANE INB 51.
The compound does not contain Nonylphenol by-products is highly biodegradable.
