Lead Free, Low Phosphorus Electroless Nickel 4 Component System
The ENOVA EF243 is a heavy metal free high performance low phosphorus electroless nickel process. It produces a consistent, high purity, lead free, low Phosphorus alloy deposit that is designed for use in specialized wear or electronic applications.
The deposits produced are compressively stressed, have good ductility and provide excellent hardness and wear resistance, as plated or if required, heat-treated.
In alkaline corrosive environments these deposits out-perform high phosphorus deposits.
The system ease of use and high deposition rates are ideal for job shop and production applications where a durable, wear resistant coating performance, semi-bright deposit is required.
The ENOVA EF243 provides high thickness applications for plating ferrous and non-ferrous substrate types in both rack or barrel applications.
