Nickel-free Grey – Black Palladium Electroplating Process
DECOMET 750 NF is a Nickel-free process process that provides a black Palladium layer with an L value ranging from 57 to 65.
The process works well as a final finiture and can be deposited directly on white Bronze without Palladium intermediate layer. In addition, it can also be lacquered without problems.
In terms of aspect and properties DECOMET 750 NF is very similar to a Ruthenium deposit though it is a much more economical solution that guarantees a better coverage and colour distribution.

DECOMET is a full range of pure and alloyed Palladium plating processes. They provide an excellent white bright deposits that are ductile and resistant to wear and corrosion.
Due to their highly decorative aspect DECOMET processes can be used as final finishing coats. What’s more, having similar reactions to Gold deposits they can also be combined with gold layers (ex. PARADOR Line) in order to reduce production costs.
Under the DECOMET brand the NF Series – a Nickel free process range is also available. It consists of very stable alkaline processes that produce highly corrosion resistant deposits
As hypoallergenic deposits they are an ideal replacement for Palladium/Nickel in nickel free applications.
