We have developed many landmark documents like our Code of Ethical Business Conduct  building the basis for action of each and every employee and extends as well to the first circle of our business associates. Our Suppliers have to sign on to our supplier code  making sure we apply ethical terms to our supply chain.

The way we manage our most precious assets, our people, is described in our Human Resources Policy and a designated Health & Safety task force is constantly scrutinizing our facilities to identify ways to reduce work accidents and environmental risks.

We attach great importance to ESG and strive to get better every day through tangible actions and initiatives. The improvement steps are individually small but create a sizeable movement from a larger perspective.
